Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AZ-Stock ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable UAE laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

The Platform is operated by NART PORTAL (trading as AZ-Stock), a Sole Establishment registered under License No. 1603576, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Dubai, UAE.

2. User Registration

To participate in auctions, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• You must provide valid identification for KYC verification
• Business accounts require valid trade license or business documentation
• You must not create multiple accounts or register on behalf of a suspended user

3. Auction Rules

All bids placed on the Platform are binding commitments to purchase. By placing a bid, you agree to:

• Honor your bid if you are the winning bidder
• Complete payment within 2 business days of winning
• Not engage in bid manipulation, collusion, or shill bidding
• Not retract bids except in exceptional circumstances at AZ-Stock's sole discretion
• Not list, bid on, or facilitate the sale of prohibited items (see Section 10)

4. Payment Terms

Winning bidders must complete payment within 2 business days of the auction ending. The currently accepted payment method is:

• Wire transfer (bank transfer) — instructions provided upon winning

Late Payment Penalty: Failure to pay within the deadline will result in a 5% penalty fee of the winning bid amount. Your account will be blocked from bidding until the outstanding amount and penalty are settled.

VAT: All prices displayed are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. UAE VAT at the standard rate of 5% will be applied to applicable transactions in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on VAT.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs displayed on auction pages are estimates only and are calculated based on shipment type, size, and destination. The final shipping cost will be confirmed at the time of payment and may differ from the estimate shown depending on the logistics provider, actual weight, and delivery conditions.

• AZ-Stock is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping companies
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring a valid delivery address is provided at checkout

6. Sales Policy & Returns

AZ-Stock operates as a Business-to-Business (B2B) liquidation auction platform. All sales are final. Items are sold as-is and as-described. Buyers are encouraged to review all available information, manifests, and condition reports before placing a bid.

Returns or refunds will only be considered in cases of material misrepresentation by the seller, at AZ-Stock's sole discretion. AZ-Stock does not guarantee the accuracy of seller-provided descriptions and accepts no liability for discrepancies between listed and actual item condition.

7. Commission Structure

AZ-Stock charges a commission on successful sales based on the vendor's active subscription plan:

• Free Plan: 10% commission
• Basic Plan: 5% commission
• Professional Plan: 3.5% commission
• Enterprise Plan: 2% commission

Commission is deducted from the seller payout. VAT may be applicable on commission fees.

8. Subscription Plans

Vendors can choose from various subscription plans with different features and limits:

• Free Plan: 1 auction per month, 10% commission
• Basic Plan: 10 auctions per month, 5% commission
• Professional Plan: 50 auctions per month, 3.5% commission
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited auctions, 2% commission

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable UAE law.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

AZ-Stock reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for, including but not limited to:

• Failure to pay for won auctions
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or document forgery
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Listing or bidding on prohibited items
• Repeated non-payment or late payments
• Any activity that violates UAE Federal Law or the laws of the Emirate of Dubai

10. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed or sold on the Platform under any circumstances:

• Weapons, ammunition, or items regulated under UAE Federal Law No. 3 of 2009
• Alcohol or pork products
• Counterfeit, pirated, or trademark-infringing goods
• Items subject to trade sanctions or export controls
• Pharmaceuticals or controlled substances without appropriate licensing
• Any item whose sale is prohibited under UAE law or international trade law

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

AZ-Stock acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, AZ-Stock (NART PORTAL) is not responsible for:

• The quality, condition, or accuracy of descriptions of items sold
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Shipping, delivery, or logistics issues caused by third parties
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
• Loss of profit, revenue, or data

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the relevant transaction.

12. Force Majeure

AZ-Stock shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, internet or telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party service providers.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits AZ-Stock's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court.

14. Changes to These Terms

AZ-Stock reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
