1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AZ-Stock ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Registration

To participate in auctions, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• You must provide valid identification for verification
• Business accounts require valid business documentation

3. Auction Rules

All bids placed on the platform are binding commitments to purchase. By placing a bid, you agree to:

• Honor your bid if you are the winning bidder
• Complete payment within 2 business days of winning
• Not engage in bid manipulation or shill bidding
• Not retract bids except in exceptional circumstances

4. Payment Terms

Winning bidders must complete payment within 2 business days of the auction ending. Accepted payment methods include:

• Wallet balance
• Wire transfer
• Credit/debit card

Late Payment Penalty: Failure to pay within the deadline will result in a 5% penalty fee of the winning bid amount. Your account will be blocked from bidding until the penalty is paid.

5. Commission Structure

AZ-Stock charges a commission on successful sales based on your subscription plan:

• Free Plan: 10% commission
• Basic Plan: 5% commission
• Professional Plan: 3.5% commission
• Enterprise Plan: 2% commission

6. Subscription Plans

Vendors can choose from various subscription plans with different features and limits:

• Free Plan: 1 auction per month, 10% commission
• Basic Plan: 10 auctions per month, 5% commission
• Professional Plan: 50 auctions per month, 3.5% commission
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited auctions, 2% commission

7. Account Suspension

AZ-Stock reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Failure to pay for won auctions
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Repeated non-payment or late payments

8. Limitation of Liability

AZ-Stock acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality or condition of items sold
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Shipping or delivery issues
• Any indirect or consequential damages
